ArtEditing is the rubric under which I offer a comprehensive range of pre-production editorial services for art and art-related publishing projects. After twenty-five years as a publishing professional, fifteen of them with Harry N. Abrams, Inc., I am able to bring deep experience, high standards, and a realistic attitude to my independent freelance enterprise. ArtEditing services include:

My subject knowledge of art, architecture, and design can be described as deeply general in both Western and non-Western art. I have edited and developed some of the best-known art history textbooks and some now-classic art and design books that range in subject from Tibetan Buddhist art to the history of landscape design.
